Good morning everyone!
The running videos are back! I know it’s been a while, but I have one crucial update.
My goal has changed…I am now setting out to train for the next 2 years so I can run in the Boston Marathon 2025! This means I will train and try to qualify next year.
I plan to record my progress every step of the way including training plans, nutrition, and all that good stuff people expect in these sorts of series.
Tip of the Day:
Don’t be afraid to try running a new course even if it means parking at the grocery store. The mental aspect of a new course is everything.
Today’s Run:
5.52 miles at an average of 9’06” per mile
