Thanks for being part of our road trip experience! I loved writing our travel blogs and loved all the feedback too!
As much as I wish we could just travel the world for the rest of our lives and write many more blogs about our adventures, we must return home to work. Travel ain’t cheap, haha!
However, the writing is not over! I love the craft and want to keep practicing at it.
Moving forward I plan to post 3 “blogs” each week. I put blogs in quotes because they won’t all be blogs like you’re used to. Instead it will be something like this:SA
Wednesday: I’ll share a photograph taken by my lovely wife, Taylor. She loves photography and wants to continue honing her craft. Attached to the photograph will be a handwritten poem inspired by the photograph or scripture.
Thursday: I will post one blog post to discuss our newest adventures, experiences, or what we’ve been learning about in life. This post will be more similar to the travel blogs you’ve grown to love.
Friday: I want to force myself to learn more. As such I plan to post a list of some of the best articles, books, or videos I’ve learned from over the week. This will be a wide range of info, but hopefully it will be interesting and occasionally helpful.
If you have any interest in reading these then you don’t worry! You are already subscribed!
I am taking this week to prepare and plan, and will begin posting next week!
If you know others that might be interested, please share it along.
I also enjoy writing fiction, but I don’t have enough time to post new fiction work each week. However, that will be posted here from time to time as well, so be on the lookout!
My ultimate goal in all of this is to provide encouragement.
It might come directly from a photograph, poetry, inspirational articles I share, or from our different experiences and thoughts we have about the Lord. It might even come from an escape into a fiction story that helped you take a break from a busy day.
Ultimately, my goal in all of life is to glorify God, and I hope that anything I write here will point to Him. In the context of this writing, I want to glorify God by providing encouraging content to all who stumble upon this newsletter.
Side note, I run a separate newsletter called Biblit, where I post a weekly devotional going straight through the Bible one chapter at a time. We are in the middle of Genesis right now and plan to proceed straight into Exodus after! If interested in these, you can sign up here:
Thank you all and I look forward to continuing this writing journey!

Looking forward to all your thoughts, encouragements and inspirations!
