Welcome to another Inspiration Friday! This week I have several interesting articles again. I’ve got a couple of writing tip articles, and of course a few in the realm of blockchain too. Anyways, let’s jump on in!
How To Use Setting to Strengthen Character Development

I thought this article gave some great insight into character development strategy within writing fiction. Now, I don’t love to overthink fiction work when I first write it, but I do like adding little details in the editing process when I can.
I love stories with those amazing small details that add to the theme or characters. This article reminded me of the importance of setting and how it can really affect the mood of the story, as well as character development in a unique way.
2k Book Downloads in 2 Days

A few weeks ago I talked about the idea of doing a book blogging tour and what that was all about. This article was about a person who did a version of a blogging tour with a fantasy novella (right up my alley). They used this blog at https://www.writtenwordmedia.com/
I liked this article because it gave me hope that this whole self-publishing fiction thing actually works!
Amazon may Accept Payments in Bitcoin, Ether, Other Cryptocurrencies Soon. Know More
https://www-news18-com.cdn.ampproject.org/
I don’t know if you all heard, but someone leaked this rumor the other day. Amazon has since come out to say that they do not intend to accept Bitcoin payments. Super bummer. It also makes me wonder if they just said that to cover themselves from the leak, but who knows…
It was still an interesting read to think about what a big deal it would be if Amazon actually accepted Bitcoin! I mean, this rumor spread, and Bitcoin jumped up 25% in a week! If it became legit, then that would be one huge step towards Bitcoin actually becoming the global reserve currency.
BitClout

BitClout is a new social media built on a completely decentralized network. It is specifically designed with creators in mind too. Every user has their own currency people can purchase and hold as an investment or just to show their support of your work. The platform has a native currency called $CLOUT that you can use to support and invest in these creator coins, as well as many other things.
The platform is also open and can be built on top of! The base BitClout is built like Twitter, but people have already built a platform like Medium on top of BitClout! More is to come; it’s all super cool! They started BitClout in March so this is the perfect time to get involved! If you happen to join, make sure to follow me :)
